
Dr. Pamela Kryskow is a medical doctor focused on exploring new paths for mental well-being, applying her expertise in Family and Emergency Medicine to the field of psychedelic research.
As the Medical Lead for the Roots To Thrive Program, she embodies a community-based approach to healing, helping front-line workers and others manage chronic pain, PTSD, and anxiety. Her research investigates the therapeutic use of compounds like psilocybin and ketamine to foster deeper connection and resilience, co-leading the largest academic microdosing study, Microdose.me.
A Clinical Instructor at UBC and former forest firefighter, Dr. Kryskow blends clinical science with a deep love of nature and community, translating cutting-edge research into ethical, real-world healing. She resides in the traditional unceded territory of the Klahoose First Nations.
