She weaves together a unique blend of healing modalities to guide individuals, families, and organisations toward deep transformation through trauma-informed, embodied, and spiritually grounded work. She is the Founder and Lead Consultant at Integrated Living, a holistic teaching and healing space which empowers individuals to embark on an Integrated Life of wholeness – Mentally, Emotionally, Physically, Socially and Spiritually.
